ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS SEPARATE FROM SHIPPING TIME

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date placed. Purchasers are advised of any processing and shipping delays. 

Made to Order items, Special Orders, and Custom Orders can take weeks to fulfill. Purchasers are advised of estimated time frames and order status. 

Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding National Holidays.

Before shipment, each item is carefully inspected to be free from defects and in first quality condition. Contents are securely packaged for protection during shipment. In addition, every shipped order is insured for full value from loss or damage.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Despite careful packaging, loss or damage can occur during shipment. It is important to inspect your order immediately upon receipt for any damage. Please retain the shipping container and take good photos of damaged contents, which actions are usually requested by the shipping carrier or insurance provider after a loss or damage claim is filed.

Shipping insurance is the only form of recovery for a lost parcel or merchandise damaged during transit. Damaged merchandise is not eligible for return or refund. See RETURNS & REFUND POLICY on this site for further detail.
